One Stroky’s Journey: Botox

I had a bunch of botox injections yesterday. Yes, botox. But not in my face.

My botox was in my arm to relax some of the mucles that are tightened by negative tone. The bad tone keeps my left hand curled into a tight claw, my elbow at  90 degrees and a bunch of other "tightenings" that affect hoew things work.

My therapists have been helping me with various other strategies to relax the tight spots so that I can strengthen the opposing weaker muscles. We are hopeful this will help me literally get out of the tight spots I am in.

Off to therapy now. More on botox coming up!

my fried Rich, that i have shown on my blog many times, has taken the botox for the same thing as you. it helped him a lot, but it did take time. he is better with it than he was without it. i had no idea it could be used for the good instead of silly old wrinkles until he told me and now you. good luck

I've had a bunch of shots. I try to ask the Doctor, what it is. Good thing too. I'll be on the lookout for Botox. Thanks for the tip. Dianne

I am so hoping this will help, I have heard good things about it!!! If it works, will you be getting regular injections?

How very interesting! Now you can say you've had botox, just like women who want to hide their real selves.

Hope it works for you.

Gee, I hope the botox gives you permanent resolution of your problem. I hate needles of any kind.
